Our converting capabilities also include specialty slitting and rewinding rolls to any size and length, laminating, multi-layer laminating, custom printing, sheeting flexible materials, kiss cutting, tabbing,and kitting. DIE-CUTTING

A manufacturing process where large quantities of identical shapes are quickly stamped. Common Materials: Rubber Vinyl Fiber Foil Cloth

KISS_CUTTING

Material is stamped by a metal die or a precision laser beam without penetrating the liner. Common Materials: Single & Double Sided Tape Foam, Felt, Plastic Medical Applications Expanded and Abrasive

LAMINATING AND MULTI-LAYER

A process of joining two or more materials together in layers to create a single composite. Common Process: Create Sided Foam Tape Create Double Sided Foam Tape Foils with High Temp Adhesives

Sheeting / Slitting

Sheeting: A process of converting a flexible material into flat, individual pieces that are stacked or bundled.
Slitting: A process that cuts (or slices) wide rolls, or logs, into thinner rolls.
